Not only is it the mission of Tooterville to offer high quality early childhood care and education, helping preserve our environment by living a greener lifestyle, but it is also our mission to help get the economy back on track by helping working families with reduced tuition.

We also accept child care assistance from Washington, Ramsey, Dakota and Polk counties.

Our infant room is a smaller nurturing environment with availability for 10 infants so part-time care is limited. We have a 1 to 3 ratio in the baby room.

Your child’s tuition will be guaranteed for one year from the date of your child’s enrollment, unless you increase the amount of hours or days your child attends.

Two weeks vacation a year are given at the rate of 60% tuition for full time families. Nine paid holidays are included in these tuition rates.

A nonrefundable $ 65.00 registration fee is due at time of registration.
