Please don’t forget to wash!!!

School Age

Welcome Riley! We are putting together the school age area and program for the summer.  Their classroom will be the commons area so please make sure when your children are passing through they respect the school age items that may be out.  Starting June 6th we will have a new friend Alli starting in school-age, she is almost 6 years old.

Summer Program

We have made brochures for the preschool, pre-k, and school age summer program.  Each week has a theme and activities related to the theme.  Each week has a day dedicated to movement, water play, picnics, and field trips (in-house or off-campus).  We are now enrolling for summer so spread the word to family and friends that may want to join us for the summer.  We are starting a referral bonus open to staff and families of Tooterville.  If you refer a family for either Pre-K or School Age you will receive either a $100 credit towards tuition or a $100 gift card OF YOUR CHOICE.  Credits or gift cards will be issued after the family is with us for 2 months at Tooterville.

Eco Friendly Message

The importance of keeping the earth a beautiful and healthy place is essential to all living beings because we are the earths inhabitants and we should keep our home as nice as it can be. By asking yourself these questions before buying a product, you will be a more eco friendly shopper ready to make a difference in our world.

Directly or indirectly, everything we buy has a direct impact on the global environment. The products that you buy locally from merchants are more sustainable and greener making your buy a more eco friendly option. Buying products from local merchants instead of the larger chain stores can do more good to the earth than you know.

If you are an eco friendly person who wants to go green or stay green, then follow these basic tips to help you plan where you shop locally and what to buy local that will make your shopping habits support a more sustainable lifestyle:

  1. Always think about what the products you buy as a consumer do to the environment before you agree to buy any item (green products or otherwise).
  2. Is the manufacturer a local based company?
  3. Do the stores you shop at sell locally grown merchandise, or carry eco friendly products?
  4. Did the product manufacturing company create pollution while making the product?
  5. Does the product consume too much energy during use?
  6. Is the product or the packaging able to be recycled?
  7. Does the manufacturing of the product now deplete resources elsewhere in the world?

Enjoy the Sun! Yours truly,

*Eileen, Tiffany, Michelle, Danielle, Jeanine, Samie, Tanya, Danielle S,  Courtney, Jeni, Shaq, and Theresa
